MOLDOVA OPEN CUP

1st Edition – International Fullcontact Karate Tournament

We are honored to invite your club to participate in the Moldova Open Cup – 1st Edition, an international Fullcontact Karate competition held under the rules of the Fullcontact Karate Organization and organized by Shogun Dojo Club, under the auspices of the National Shinkyokushinkai Karate Federation of Moldova.

 A competition intended for children, cadets, juniors and seniors in the following categories: Advanced – A (+8 kyu)* and Beginners – B (no kyu, 10th, 9th kyu).*

All children born between 2020 and 2016 will be awarded and will be grouped in categories of 3–4 participants. Beginners, starting with categories 2015–2014, will be grouped in categories of a maximum of 8 participants.

The maximum number of athletes in an advanced category will be 12 participants.

Event Overview

📅 Date: June 6, 2026
📍 Venue: Sports Complex Pănășești, Republic of Moldova

The competition is open to all martial arts clubs, regardless of style, willing to compete under full-contact rules.

Participation Fees

• Kumite: 800 MDL (40 EUR)
• Kata: 500 MDL (25 EUR)
• Both disciplines: 1000 MDL (50 EUR)

All direct kicks to the jodan level are allowed, for all age categories, under the rules of the Fullcontact Karate Organization.

Registration

Each club must submit:

• Official registration form
• Valid ID documents
• Medical certificate (fit for full-contact competition)

• At least one certified referee
