Country organizer has one extra participant in each category and kata team.
All World and European adult championships medal winners in weight categories and Open weight
category 1-8 place winners can’t participate in the championship for Youths.

2. Preliminary schedule:
23.04.2025 (Wednesday) - arrival of participants, officials and country delegations
15:00 – 20:00 Referee Course and Examination.
Compulsory for referees who apply for new or refresh license. For rules of regulations and a license validity, see regulations on
https://ekoreferees.eu/. All categories are welcome (New referees with your national highest license, C, B and A in both Kumite
and Kata). Application must be done on www.ekoreferees.eu. Registration of referees on https://app.kumitetechnology.com/ is
only for notification to the organiser. New license 50€ and refresh license 25€, this can be paid by card or cash at the registration
before the course. The course ends with a written test. For that you need a smart phone or a computer. The test is in English. All
rules to study can be downloaded from https://www.european-kyokushin.org/ or https://ekoreferees.eu/
Referee registration; NEW RUTINE: All registration for both the Referee Course and overall referee participation must be done
on https://ekoreferees.eu/ before registration deadline.

3. Financial conditions:
Accommodation, flight tickets, transportation and meals for all participants shall be covered by participating Country Organization, Club, or participant himself;
EKO participation fee:
- 80 € per each participant;
- 40 € per each coach;

5. Airport transfers:
Airport transfers will be organized from Vilnius (VNO), Kaunas (KUN), Palanga (PLQ) and Riga (RIX) airports as needed.
6. Conditions for participating in the Championship for fighters and coaches:
All competitors are requested to present the following:
- Written medical certificate (in English, Lithuanian language) indication that he or she is physically fit and. This certificate must be no older than 3 months;
- Valid insurance documents;
- EKO Health information form;
- Declaration for participation in the tournament;
- Parent’s approval form for Juniors
