The 36th European KWF championship will be held from October 26 to 27 at the MICA sports facility (address: Manandyan 41) in Yerevan, Armenia's capital. The competition will follow worldwide KWF regulations.

The deadline for national team registration is October 1, 2024.

The arrival of participants and officials on October 24, 2024.

Weighing and medical process will take place on October 25, 2024, starting at 11:00.

Every meeting will take place at the official hotel.

The championship will begin at 10:00 on the first day (Saturday, October 26, 2024) (KATA).

12:30–13:00 (COMMITTEE) The opening day of the competition for ages 12-13, 14-15, and 16-17.

Break: 16:00-17:00.

Semi-final and final bouts start at 17:00.

Award ceremony at 20:00.

Second day: (Sunday, October 27, 2024).

The competition starts at 10:00 for the 18-21, adult, and veteran divisions.

Sayonara Party for Adults at 21:00 costs 35 euros per person.

Financial Conditions The organization or club of the participating country, or the participant himself, shall cover all participants' hotel, airplane tickets, transportation, and meal costs.

Participation fee: KUMITE € 45, KATA € 45, KUMITE and KATA € 90.

Hotel expenditures.

Prices for 3-4 bedrooms with breakfast are 37 Euros per person, while a double room with breakfast is 40 Euros.

The KWF Kyokushin Karate National Federation of Armenia will cover the tournament's organizational expenditures. The event is supported by the Republic of Armenia's Ministry of Sports and the Yerevan City Sports Department. Official hotel, SHIRAK. Address: Khorenatsi Street, 13A, Yerevan. The distance from Yerevan "Zvartnots" International Airport to the designated hotel is 12 kilometers, which takes approximately 20 minutes by car. The hotel booking date and final confirmation are set for October 1, 2024. Accommodation fees are to be settled in cash upon arrival at the hotel reception on October 24, 2024. Requirements for participation in the championship for coaches and athletes. All athletes are required to provide a medical certificate in English from their primary physician, confirming their physical fitness, along with their insurance documentation. This medical certificate should be issued within the last three months. Additionally, female athletes must include a written statement confirming they are not pregnant. Please be advised that award recipients will be subject to doping tests. Male athletes must have a suitable waist protector. Female athletes are required to have both a chest protector and a waist protector. For age groups 12-13, 14-15, and 16-17, the following protective gear is mandatory: a hat, gloves, lower body protection, and leg protection. For the 18-21 age group, a waist protector and leg protection are necessary. The national team coach is expected to wear their official team uniform.
