I. GENERAL INFORMATION AND PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE

8:15-10:00 Weight and medical control.
9:30-10:00 Referees meeting.
10:00-10:15 Official Opening Ceremony
10:15-14:00 Fights for U8; U9; U10; U11; U12 categories.
14:00-18:00 Fights for U14; U16; U18; +18; +40 categories.
18:00 End of the competition.
PS: The schedule and tatami distribution will be specified 2-3 days before the competition.

II. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
2 Registration will close after 2100 participants. Participants from 10 KYU

2.1. U7 (born 2019.) age group: A and B combined
Boys weight categories: -20; -25; -30; -35; +35 kg.
Girls weight categories: -20; -25; -30; +30 kg.

2.2. U8 (born 2018.) age group: A and B
Boys weight categories: -20; -25; -30; -35; -40; +40 kg.
Girls weight categories: -20; -25; -30; -35; +35 kg.

2.3. U9 (born 2017.) age group: A and B
Boys weight categories: -25; -30; -35; -40; -45; +45 kg.
Girls weight categories: -25; -30; -35; -40; +40 kg.

2.4. U10 (born 2016.) age group: A and B
Boys weight categories: -25; -30; -35; -40; -45; -50; +50 kg.
Girls weight categories: -25; -30; -35; -40; -45; +45 kg.

2.5. U11 (born 2015.) age group: A and B
Boys weight categories: -30; -35; -40; -45; -50; -55; -60; -65; +65 kg.
Girls weight categories: -35; -40; -45; -50; -55; -60; +60 kg.

2.6. U12 (born 2014.) age group: A and B.
Boys weight categories: -30; -35; -40; -45; -50; -55; -60; -65; +65 kg.
Girls weight categories: -35; -40; -45; -50; -55; -60; +60 kg.

2.7. U14 (born 2012-2013) age group: A and B
Boys weight categories: -40; -45; -50; -55; -60; -65; -70; -75; +75 kg.
Girls weight categories: -45; -50; -55; -60; -65; +65 kg.

2.8. U16 (born 2010-2011.) age group: A and B comb.
Boys weight categories: -50; -55; -60; -65; -70; -75; +75 kg.
Girls weight categories: -50; -55; -60; -65; +65 kg.

2.9. U18 (born 2008-2009) age group: A and B comb.
Boys weight categories: -60; -65; -70; -75; -80; +80 kg.
Girls weight categories: -50; -55; -60; -65; +65 kg.

2.10. ADULTS (+18 years) A and B
Men’s weight categories: -70; -80; -90; +90 kg.
Women's weight categories: -55; -60; -65; +65 kg.

2.11. SENIORS (40+ years) A and B
Men’s weight categories: -80; +80 kg.
Women's weight categories: -60; +60 kg.

2.12. Draws will be announced on KumiteTechnology.
The Competition Organizing Committee has the right to adjust the published categories after registration.

2.13. Categories:
▪ A Category: 6 kyu and higher belts
▪ B Category: 10-7 kyu
▪ Born in 2007 those turn 18 on the day of the competition can participate in the adult category, athlete can choose only one age group U18 or Adult.

III. COMPETITION RULES
3.1. U7 – U16
3.1.1. A category. ALLOWED: All hits to the body, kicks to the legs. Kicks to the head with control. EKO U16 rules + kicks to the legs.
3.1.2. B category. NOT ALLOWED: kicks to the legs, but knee kicks to the body are allowed. Kicks to the head with control. EKO U16 rules.
3.1.3. U16 – For all categories, all hits to the body and kicks to the legs are allowed. Kicks to the head must be controlled.
3.1.4. Protection: white hand and leg protection, groin protection, protective body vests (provided by the organizers), white helmets (with a plastic grille or protective glass). Knee protection is recommended up to U12 and necessary from U14.
3.1.5. Time: U7-U12 – 1.5 min + 1 min; U14-U16 – 1.5 min + 1.5 min.

3.2. U18
3.2.1 ALLOWED: All hits to the body, kicks to the legs. Kicks to the head with control. EKO U18 rules.
3.2.2. Protection: white leg protection, knee protection, groin protection, mouthguard (recommended).
3.2.3. Time: 2 min + 2 min + 2 min.

3.3 Adults (+18)
3.3.1 Full contact. According to EKO adult rules
3.3.2 Protection: groin protection, leg protection (women), mouthguard (recommended).
3.3.3. Time: 2 min + 2 min + 2 min.

3.3. Seniors (+40)
3.4.1 Full contact. According to EKO adult rules.
3.4.2 Protection: leg protection, groin protection, white helmets (with a plastic grille or protective glass), mouthguard (recommended).
3.4.3 Time: 2 min + 2 min + 2 min.

IV. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
4.1. Accommodation, tickets, transportation, and meals for all participants shall be covered individually or by the club.
4.2. Awards: all participants will receive special medals. Winners will receive special medals, certificates, and cups.
4.3. Participation fee: 40 EUR
4.4. Tickets for spectators will be distributed online at Bilietai.lt (information will be posted after 2026-10-01).

V. REGISTRATION
5.1. Participants must be registered in the app.kumitetechnology.com system by 2026-12-01.
5.2. Referee registration is provided in the attached file.
5.3. The draw for the competition will be announced on December 5. Athletes who do not provide advance notice of non-participation will not be removed from the competition and will be considered non-participants.

VI. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
6.1. Completed application, including a doctor’s approval.
6.2. Written approval from a legal guardian for all minors (under 18 years old at the time of the event).
6.3. An athlete who does not have a doctor’s permission or the consent of a parent or guardian to participate in the competition will be disqualified. If, on the day of the competition, the athlete’s weight (with kimono and leg protection) exceeds the category limit by more than 2 kg, the athlete will also be disqualified. A club whose athlete is disqualified will be fined 30 EUR.
