5. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

· Representatives of Kyokushin Karate Clubs invited by the organizer can take part in the tournament.

· Each Club is obliged to provide a judge.

· Competition participants pay an entry fee of PLN 120, which covers participation in the tournament and lunch. Payment to the account:

20 1240 2656 1111 0000 3798 8159.

· For 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in all categories competitors will receive cups and diplomas.

· Competitors' applications must be submitted NO LATER than

17th March 2026, 12:00 p.m. via the KumiteTechnology(https://pfks.kumitetechnology.com/en/).

The organizer has set a limit of 900 competitors. After exceeding the limit, the system will close automatically, the order of applications will be considered.

· If you do not have an account in the system, please submit your application via the attached file in *.xls format, sending it directly to the organizer.

· Before the competition, there will be a verification of entries and weights of competitors.

In the event of less than 4 competitors in a category, it is combined with a higher weight category.

· All competitors must have their own protective gear, chest and head guards (the organizer does not provide protective gear).

· Only judges and seconds will be allowed to enter the main arena.

No outsiders will be allowed.
