PARTICIPATION LIMIT

The tournament is limited to approximately 400 competitors.

Registrations will be accepted in the order in which they are received. Once the maximum number of participants has been reached, registration will be closed.

• Kata: €30.00

Each competitor may enter a maximum of:

• 1 Kumite category
• 1 Kata category

Late registrations will only be accepted after prior agreement with the organizer.

A late registration fee of €10.00 per competitor will be charged.

Teams choosing to pay in cash must make one single payment for the entire team during registration on the tournament day.

Only fully paid team registrations will be accepted.

Each competitor must present:

• Valid Fighter Passport with the current year's license stamp
• Valid Passport or National Identity Card

No competitor will be allowed to compete without these documents.

RULES

The tournament will be conducted according to the official European Karate Organization (EKO) Competition Rules.

The organizer reserves the right to merge categories or make necessary adjustments depending on the number of registrations.

REFEREES & JUDGES

To ensure the smooth running of the tournament, each participating team is kindly requested to provide referees and judges whenever possible.

All referees and judges must be registered via the official registration portal before the registration deadline.

An official EKO referee qualification is welcome but is not mandatory. Experienced referees and judges with sufficient knowledge of Full Contact Karate competition rules may also be accepted at the organizer's discretion.

Dress Code

All referees and judges must wear:

• Dark blue shirt
• Dark blue tie
• Black trousers

The organizer reserves the right to approve or reject referee and judge registrations.

Coach regulations will be published before the tournament.
