Baltic kata cup & camp 2025

KYOKUSHIN BALTIC KATA CUP & CAMP 2025!!!
We invite everyone to improve kata skills with the best European and World karate instructors!

This event is unique experience because individual kata will be performed at the same time by both participants. Also on the first day we going to partipate in kata competiton ( all age groups including adults, also adults would be able to choose either to be referee or participant ), and we will try special "competition warmup" by our guest instructors European champions Carla Gallati and Ciril Bachli. On the second day we going to start learning process and classes with our top kata instructors.

10:00 – 11.00. Opening. Special "competition warm up" by Guest Carla & Ciril
11.00 - 14.00 Competition ( aļl age groups )
14.00 - 16.00 Rest time.
16:00 -18:00 Special trainning for U16, U18, U20, Adults, and instructors.

November 16d. Sunday
10:00 – 12:00 Trainning session 1. ( All age groups )
12.00 - 13.30 Brake. (time to go fo lunch to the city)
13.30 - 15.30 Trainning session 2. ( All age groups ).
15.30 Closing of the event. Photoshoot.

75Eur (competition + camp-seminar)
*Lithuanian and other country's national team members Adults, U20, U18, U16 price 50Eur.
*participation only in Baltic kata cup 40 Eur (the ones who will not participate in the seminar)
*participation only in Baltic kata camp 50 Eur (the ones who will not participate in the competition)

Baltic Kata Cup 2025
Goals: get as much conpetition experience as possible and improve skills and technique. We will try that each competitor will step on tatami 3-4 times. Both competitors will perform kata at the same time.

Individual and Team kata categories.

U10 (2016 and younger) from 9 kyu:
Taikyoku 1, 2, 3.

U11 ir U12 (2013, 2014) from 8 kyu.
Taikyoku 1, 2, 3, Pinan 1, 2

U13 (2012) from 7 kyu:
Pinan 1, 2, 3, 4.

U14 (2011) from 7kyu
Pinan 2,3,4,5

J16 ( 2010-2009 ). Pinan 2,3,4,5, Yantsu, Tsuki no, Gekisai Dai

J18 (2007-2008). Gekisai Dai, Gekisai Sho, Yantsu, Tsuki no kata, Saiha;

Adults kata men and women / and Team kata

1. Beginners (Taikyoku 1, 2, Taikyoku 3 or Pinan 1) - 10 -7 KYU
2. Advanced (Pinan 2, Pinan 3 or Pinan 4) 6-3 Kyu.
3. Experienced (Yantsu, Tsukino, Gekisaidai) - 2 Kyu and higher.
4. Pro (the ones who compete in national or international championship) mandatory Gekusaisho, free to choose - Sanchin, Kanku, Gayruy, Sushiko, Seipai.

* participants with lower belts can participate in higher belt categories.
* kata teams consists of 3-4 participants. But only 3 of them are performing at a time. Younger participant can participate in next eldery team kata category, but cannot in younger category.
* individual kata will be performed at the same time by both participants.
